Infant Massage

Mondays 10:00- 11:00

This class is like having a weekly spa day for you and your baby! Come into our serene classroom and find your inner calm as you bond with your infant through caring and nurturing touch.

By the end of this 6- week course you will

• Confidently give your baby a relaxing, full-body massage from head to toe.
• Learn gentle massage techniques and movements that support healthy muscle tone and development.
• Master soothing routines to help relieve gas, colic, and tummy discomfort.
• Receive easy-to-follow take-home stroke guides to practice between classes.
• Take home a complimentary bottle of infant-safe massage oil to continue bonding at home.

We know it can be a little intimidating to take your newborn out to a class setting, but don’t worry! We understand your baby is an unpredictable tiny human who will cry and need its diaper changed or need to be fed or just not be having it! It is OK! Our instructor works hard to create a comfortable atmosphere where all of this is accepted and natural and is part of the rhythm of the class.

So come as you are and have an hour of relaxation and support from other moms in the same stage of life! (even if you haven’t managed to take a shower in a few days and never mind getting laundry done!) We are ready with open arms to welcome you!

We meet Mondays from 10:00- 11:00

This is a six-week session. The cost is $150.

Classes are held at Quarterpath Recreation Center, 202 Quarterpath Road, Williamsburg, Virginia. See you there!
