Tinkergarten classes come to life in beautiful open green spaces, where children are free to explore, imagine, and discover the magic of learning through play. Each class gently unfolds with a welcoming opening circle, a playful main activity, snack time, and a closing circle—creating a rhythm that feels both comforting and exciting for young learners.
The heart of class is open-ended, child-led play that invites kids to problem solve, explore nature, and let their curiosity lead the way. Because play is learning, we honor and celebrate children’s natural drive to explore the world around them. Along the way, grown-ups gain simple, powerful tools to support their child’s exploration and confidence—making this a joyful experience for both kids and caregivers.

This Fall, our Tinkergarten lessons are designed to help kids hone the symphony of skills we use to direct, shift, and sustain our attention—the building blocks of focus. Throughout the series, we’ll leverage the captivating natural world to teach kids how to feel present in the moment; how to zoom in and zoom out; how to wonder; and how to follow their interests.
